Every Sniff ’n’ Waggle supplement is crafted just for your dog, their breed, their quirks, their everything. Because it’s bespoke, we can’t accept returns once it’s been created. But that doesn’t mean you’re left hanging if your pup turns up their nose.
If your dog’s not loving their blend, just get in touch within 30 days. We’ll help you troubleshoot, tweak their recipe, or suggest a new combo at a discounted rate until those tails are wagging again.
We call it our Tail-Wag Promise, because we care about results, not waste. Every blend is made with love and science, and we’d rather help you find the perfect fit than see any go to waste.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, just drop us a message with a photo, and we’ll make it right faster than a spaniel spots a tennis ball.
